Ordering your personalised chocolates is simple
1. Choose your personalised treat
Browse by occasion or product and choose your favourite design. All designs are ready to personalise, making ordering quick and easy.
2. Personalise your order
Enter the name, date and any short message in the text box provided on the product page, then add your item to your cart. If your chosen design includes a photo, simply complete your order first and then email your photo to personalisedchocolatesbyniamh@gmail.com, including your order number. For the best results, please send original photos without filters, as filters can reduce image quality when printed.
3. I prepare your order
Each order is personalised, carefully hand-wrapped and checked before being packed for delivery. As every item is wrapped by hand, small variations are part of what makes each order unique.
4. Delivery
Orders are sent by An Post Registered & Tracked Post. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive your tracking number by email. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order, especially during busy periods.

Our personalised chocolate bars are 40g milk chocolate bars, and our personalised chocolate coins measure 40mm. Product sizes and pricing are shown on each product page.
＋Can I use my own photo?
Yes. Please email your photo after placing your order and include your order number. For the best print quality, please send original photos without filters, as filtered images can reduce the final print quality.
＋How much is delivery?
Delivery within the Republic of Ireland is €7 via An Post Registered & Tracked Post.
＋How long will my order take?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email from me.
