Hi, I'm Niamh
I'm the person behind Personalised Chocolates by Niamh, creating award winning personalised chocolate bars, chocolate coins, lollipops and sweet treats for celebrations all across Ireland.
I'm also a mum of three, with a dog and a cat, and if I'm not working you'll usually find me standing on the sidelines somewhere in the country, cheering on one of the kids!
What started as a love of creating unique gifts has grown into a business that allows me to be a small part of so many special moments. From First Communions and Christenings to birthdays, weddings, baby showers and corporate events, I genuinely love helping people add a personal touch to their celebrations.
Part of the family journey
One of my favourite things about what I do is being a small part of people's big days — I recently created an order for a little boy's 3rd birthday. It made me realise I'd actually been part of his family's journey from the very beginning. I had created his mum's baby shower chocolate bars, then personalised "Will You Be My Godmother?" chocolate bars, followed by his Christening chocolates, and then his 1st, 2nd and now 3rd birthday celebrations.
Moments like that remind me just how lucky I am to do what I do. Being invited back to help celebrate so many milestones with the same families is something I'll never take for granted.
Every order is designed with care and made to suit each customer. Whether it's adding a favourite photo, matching a party theme or creating something completely bespoke, I love bringing each idea to life. There's nothing better than seeing a design come together and knowing it's going to be part of someone's special day.

Favourite part of the job?
Without a doubt, it's seeing customers' messages and photos when they receive their orders. Knowing I've helped make someone's celebration that little bit more special is the best feeling.
Favourite occasions to create for?
This is such a difficult question because I genuinely love them all! But there's something especially heartwarming about creating designs for Christenings and welcoming a new baby into the world. Being part of those first celebrations is incredibly special.
